"I highly recommend Cape Cod Home Improvement! I hired Tony's company to replace the roof on our colonial, as well as the facia boards, gutters and drainspouts. Our "30 year roof" was only 16 years old when the shingles started blowing off. Tony took one look at the shingles that had blown off and told me that the roof was not installed properly as the contractor had only put 3 nails in the shingles and many nails were not in the nailed in the proper nailing area of the shingle, therefore they tore off. On our hill on Cape Cod, they should of nailed 6 nails, as we have some very strong winds. Tony said just what I wanted to hear, as our friend and carpenter had told me the same thing. Tony gave me a quote for all the work and it was much lower than other quotes we received. His workers were professional and worked from morning until after dark. They only to took a break to grab coffee and donuts from us, and later, pizza that we had bought for them. I think they would have worked straight through if we hadn't insisted they get off the roof for a break. They had the exterior walls of our house protected, and did the stripping and shingling done in one day. (at one point Tony had 15 workers here) We were very impressed with the whole operation and are extremely happy with the results. "I have contracted with Cape Cod Home Improvement three separate times since 2013 and have been very happy with the company, the employees, and their work. The crews we worked with each time: always showed up when expected, worked hard, cleaned up daily, and were all very polite and professional. The first contract was to replace an aging white cedar roof on our Harwich Port home. We decides to replace with CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles. Though I originally wanted to stay with cedar, it was cost prohibitive to do so. We were ultimately very happy with their work and what we selected. The second time I needed to replace the cedar roof on my detached garage after storm damage in 2016. Tony was able to match the same CertainTeed asphalt shingle as the main house from 3 years prior. In 2023, we hired them again to replace cedar shingle siding on a large section of the house that had weather damage. This was done on short notice and when there were severe supply chain issues getting materials across the US. Tony and the Cape Cod Home Improvement team were able to get us on the calendar and find materials for our job. They did a great job once again and got us ready to stain and match the remainder of the house."

"2025 update. 3/4 of our home's roof needed to be replaced. Materials arrived and the next day the roof was being stripped and replaced. So easy to call and have the job hey done without any difficulties. 2024 Update 2: We ordered a modular home that needed to be sided. Tony and his team were on site getting the siding installed within days as we had scheduled. Tony and his amazing team paid attention to the detail needed to completed the whole job within a few days. Plus we had a request that they accommodated to get the job done the way we wanted. Amazing!!! 2024 Update 1: More projects this year patching and repairing someone else's shoddy work. Tony and his team were quick to respond when water started dripping on the ceiling. All fixed!! The team at Cape Cod Home Improvement have continued to provide us amazing results over the past 7 years at our multiple properties on the Cape. Recently we had some wind from an odd direction that resulted in water damage on an existing roof installed by the previous owner. Tony sent out one of his team members to assess the situation and fix the problem. I'm already sleeping better knowing that a professional came out and fixed the problem. A few years back the summer wind events did a number on some of our vinyl siding. Tony and his team were over very quickly and had the situation resolved quickly. In fact I think parts they fixed look better than they did before. I am sure they cleaned up some of the errors from the original installer as they always seem to do. "Last week, Cape Cod Home Improvement replaced the roof on my neighbor's home. I chatted with my neighbor and he told me he did a lot of research into local roofing firms and felt confident that Tony Sivitski and his team were the firm best suited for the job. During the week, in which there were several days of bad weather, I watched the team work. They appeared to be very well organized and efficient. Their concern for workplace safety was obvious. I was quite impressed that whenever the weather turned bad (rain, thunder and high temperatures), the team came down from the roof. "Tony and Cape Cod Home Improvement did my roof last week. They stripped off the shingles and put up new ice and water shield, underlayment, drip edge, and shingles. They completed the job in one day, much to the surprise of several of my neighbors. I selected them because they had the best ratings, the best price, and were very responsive to my questions via email and to provide a quote. I echo the comments with regard to patiently answering questions. I have had roofs done before, incorrectly, and so know in some detail what should be done. Matt, the crew chief, was patient in answering my detailed questions about how they were going to do things. He gave me all the right answers and as I observed them doing the work, they did it carefully and exactly right. Tony stopped by and was very helpful in explaining why parts of the roof may have failed early. (The roof was put on by a prior owner and the particular shingles turned out to turn brittle and disintegrate in high heat areas after 10-12 years.) We also discussed potential types of siding and Tony was very helpful in relating his experience and thoughts about the alternatives. I also echo the comments about the clean up.
