We have used Tony and his team twice for two properties - one was a Cape for a new roof and sky lights. The other was for a repair on a rubber roof and adding an exterior attic fan to improve air circulation in the attic. In every interaction, Tony and his team take the time to explain and inform. They are all very communicative and provide honest guidance. The work was first rate with no issues and completed in a timely manner. Lastly, their rates were fair and very competitive. Tony and his crew at Cape Cod improvement did a great job in installing a new roof, roof line azek trim, new vent system, and solar skylights. They were on time and easy to work with. Maintained good communication throughout the process and took into account the inevitable nuances that come up in a complex job.

Tony and his crew did a very nice job of replacing the cedar shingles on the rear of the house and replacing shingles with James Hardy board on the front of the house. And my add work went seamlessly along with the construction. Definitely would use Tony again.

It was a pleasure to hire CC Home Improvement to replace the siding on my cottage with cedar shingles. After meeting with the owner, Tony I felt confident that he gave me an honest quote and that the work would be done when promised. The beautiful work was completed in three days and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up the yard from the debris.

I used Cape Cod Home Improvement for a roof replacement. I called Tony from Florida about a leak that was discovered by house check. He went to my home the same day and patched it for us until we returned. He showed up to replace the roof on the day he promised and finished the job in a day. 2025 update. 3/4 of our home's roof needed to be replaced. Materials arrived and the next day the roof was being stripped and replaced. So easy to call and have the job hey done without any difficulties. 2024 Update 2: We ordered a modular home that needed to be sided. Tony and his team were on site getting the siding installed within days as we had scheduled. Tony and his amazing team paid attention to the detail needed to completed the whole job within a few days. Plus we had a request that they accommodated to get the job done the way we wanted. Amazing!!! 2024 Update 1: More projects this year patching and repairing someone else's shoddy work. Tony and his team were quick to respond when water started dripping on the ceiling. All fixed!! The team at Cape Cod Home Improvement have continued to provide us amazing results over the past 7 years at our multiple properties on the Cape. Recently we had some wind from an odd direction that resulted in water damage on an existing roof installed by the previous owner. Tony sent out one of his team members to assess the situation and fix the problem. I'm already sleeping better knowing that a professional came out and fixed the problem. A few years back the summer wind events did a number on some of our vinyl siding. Tony and his team were over very quickly and had the situation resolved quickly. In fact I think parts they fixed look better than they did before. I am sure they cleaned up some of the errors from the original installer as they always seem to do. CCHI is amazing and we will continue to do business with them for years to come! Previous review: They have provided beyond excellent service before, during and after the projects they have completed for me. This includes some basic roof repair three stories up on a gambrel roof and a new rubber roof. They even pointed out and repaired some issues we had not noticed. We also received follow up calls on all the work they did to make sure everything was ok. They really go the extra mile to make sure the job is done and done right at a really great price. Thanks!!!!

Tony and his crew performed services twice for us. The first project was roof replacement back in 2024. The price was decent, and the job was done with great attention to details and to all our concerns. Tony always answered our questions and helped us make the right selection of materials. We were so pleased with the result and the attitude that we had no doubt about whom to hire again. The second project, in 2025, was more unique: a “facelift” for our house by replacing wall shingles and adding PVC trim to edges. It was Tony who suggested that we do it, made the whole process easy, and helped us to save money. As before, the job was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy and would highly recommend this team for any home improvement needs.

Tony's quoted price was competitive, and we definitely got a good return on our dollar. We already have plans to use Cape Cod Home Improvement again in the spring.

From start to finish, our experience with CCHI and Tony, its owner, Andre, his foreman, and the crew was nothing short of superb. Our roof was not an easy installation with many peaks and valleys. Not a problem for CCHI Tony's advice on product choices made our decisions easy resulting in an absolutely beautiful roof installed with skill and attention to detail. His crew knew exactly what was needed for a proper and by the book installation. It was also obvious how well the crew worked together, smiling, and happy certainly a testament to Tony and Andre's treatment of them. They were hard working and focused. Part of the contract was the site would be cleaned daily. A crew member was dedicated to that job. The site was clean not only every day and upon completion of the job as if they were never here! As a result of our satisfaction, it is without any reservations, we give Tony and CCHI our highest recommendation. We would add our neighbors continue to complement the beauty of the roof. Last week, Cape Cod Home Improvement replaced the roof on my neighbor's home. I chatted with my neighbor and he told me he did a lot of research into local roofing firms and felt confident that Tony Sivitski and his team were the firm best suited for the job. During the week, in which there were several days of bad weather, I watched the team work. They appeared to be very well organized and efficient. Their concern for workplace safety was obvious. I was quite impressed that whenever the weather turned bad (rain, thunder and high temperatures), the team came down from the roof. It was good to know that Tony kept the safety of his crew top of mind" . The crew was very respectful of the neighborhood and were very careful when moving their vehicles. It appeared to me that the job was well done and the property left in a neat and clean condition. During the week, I did walk over and introduced myself to Tony and asked him to look at my roof and trim. During our walkthrough he commented that my roof still had a "few good years" but we did notice a few minor areas of trim rot. I asked Tony if he could assign a member of his team, on a "not to interfere" basis with my neighbor's job, to replace the rotten trim. He agreed and told me they would deal with it in a couple of days. And he was right... the job was done quickly and correctly. I was very impressed with Tony's professionalism and that of his team. When it is my turn for a roof replacement, I will surely call Tony @ Cape Cod Home Improvement.

CCHI was impresive on every level. We suspected there was rot underneath three walls in our development. A crew came promptly; removed siding and underlayment where required; sistered some studs; replaced underlayment, siding and trim; cleaned up thoroughly; and arranged to have them painted to match. All at the quoted price and completed in two days. What else could we ask?

I used Cape Cod Home Improvement to replace the roof on my home. They were prompt to respond to my request for an estimate. I received estimates from three other companies and all were very similar. I selected them for three reasons. 1) Tony was very responsive to all my questions and came out to the house a couple of times to review the work that needed to be done. 2) They are highly rated on a number of websites. 3) They replaced the roof on a house in our neighborhood and that went well. Tony handled the permitting process and his team showed up at 8AM on the day we had agreed. The job was finished in three days. He has a great team that kept the noise to a minimum (keeping in mind it is a roof replacement) and did a excellent cleanup when leaving. Tony had given us some addresses to drive by of previous clients and we used those to help select the shingle. We are very pleased with the way the new roof looks. I would definitely recommend Cape Cod Home Improvement if you need to replace your roof.

My first experience with Cape Cod Home Improvement was in 2017, when my roof was leaking. They did a wonderful job tearing the old shingles off the hip roof, putting in vents, and finished in only one day. The new roof survived the tornado in 2019 with no damage (110 mph winds). When I needed new white cedar shingles for the siding, I wanted it done right, so I contacted Tony again. It only took two days and they did an excellent job! Highly recommended.
I was referred to Cape Cod Home Improvement by a friend who had recently completed a large project with the company. They replaced the cedar shake siding and PVC (Azek) trim to the majority of the exterior of my house. The crew was prompt, hardworking (even in bitter cold temps), meticulous in their work and cleaned the area every day before leaving the worksite. The owner of the company Tony has a wealth of knowledge and ensured that the work was completed at the highest quality. I highly recommend contacting Tony for an estimate before making your final decision for an exterior contractor. He will be my first call when it is time to replace my roof.

Tony and his crew were great. We needed a new back roof on our garage as it was failing and water was getting inside. He had someone out the same day I called to get the information needed for a quote and it was the most reasonable quote I received from the 5 companies that I called. Like another person, I was at first a bit unsure since all the reviews are 5 star and it makes you wonder. But it is true- 5 stars all the way. They were efficient and had the work done in less than 3 hours (the roof was small- 25'x10'). Tony didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need or try to talk up the service with all the fancy products they were going to use like a couple of the other companies tried to do (probably to justify the outrageous quotes they gave). I compared Tony's quote and specifics of what was going to be used to the other detailed quote that I received and it all appeared to be the same. Cape Cod Home Improvement was within our budget and we will definitely be using them again for future projects on our list. I highly recommend them! Thanks again, Tony and Crew!

I needed some emergency repair on our roof, as we had water getting in the house. Tony promptly returned my call, was able to get by the same day to take a look and give us an estimate. Within 24 hours I had a written estimate for the needed repair, along with copies of his current liability insurance, contractor.s license, and referrals. Very professional! He was able to get a crew to our house within 3 days, and they were friendly, professional, and did a great job. We used Cape Cod Home Improvement several years ago and they were excellent. The job site was kept neat and professional throughout the process and the job was done promptly. Since the home is used a lot in the summer, with bare feet, one of my conditions was that the nails on the ground be kept to a minimum. If we had a question about the roofing, Tony responded immediately. This is one contractor who I could recommend for those who are looking for excellence and may not have the time to be on site to oversee the project.

Knowing my roofing need was urgent, Tony and his team finished my new roof in one day, saving me from further significant damage to the inside of my house. He answers his own phone, responds quickly and courteously, provides all supporting documentation, and isn't satisfied until you are happy. When his team left, they cleaned up beautifully and all that remained was my lovely new roof. I highly recommend him and would hire him again without question.

Not surprised they were voted best roofing company on the Cape this year and are now officially CertainTeed Select Shinglemasters (I selected CertainTeed for my roof). I got multiple bids. Prices varied widely. CCHI was very competitively priced. They have their own crew and do not use sub-out, which allows them to keep their price down. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, and the new roof looks fabulous. Tony and his crew were a joy to work with. I not usually this enthusiastic, but these guys were just terrific.

Cape Cod Home Improvement was awesome !! I called and requested an estimate for wind damage during the last storm. They were there within the next day, and provided a quote, via email, within 24 hours of that. This quote was very affordable and promised quick service. Once the weather broke, Tony and his crew arrived and completed the job within a few hours, and it looks great. They were able to match the old shingles almost perfectly (except for their age). They were cleaning up the yard as they moved along and you can't even tell they were there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them and they were extremely polite and professional. This is the second time CCH has completed work at our house. Both times dealing with roof issues. After our positive experience replacing a garage and addition roof many years ago, I called them to replace the cap shingles on the main house roof which had been damaged during the recent high winds. He came over the next day and the cap was replaced by the weekend at what I thought was a reasonable cost. Although I am a proponent for getting several bids, I also value the benefits of relationships with those contractors that provide responsive service at times of need. Based on my experience, I believe CCH will do both. Just call and ask for Tony.
We hired Tony to replace our cedar roof this July and they did an absolutely amazing job. Tony was very professional, he also sent us a copy of his insurance coverage when he sent the quote. He answered every call and replied to every text. We ended up having them also do our siding while he was here. I would absolutely recommend Tony to anyone!

Two years ago, Tony and his crew at Cape Cod Home Improvement replaced our roof. He discovered some problems with our chimney and arranged for an excellent mason to fix it. Their roofing work was meticulous and everything was cleaned up perfectly when they were done. They did such a wonderful job that we hired them again to put on new cedar shingle siding, insulation and sheathing. When we discovered that the faux chimney on our new home was improperly sealed and causing major leakage into our attic, Cape Cod Home Improvement was there to save the day! They offered the most reasonable rate, communication was fantastic and very timely (a rarity on Cape Cod), and the quality of the work done was top notch. Our roof looks perfect and many months later, now that the newly replaced cedar shingles have grayed a bit, you can’t tell that the faux chimney box was ever there! The roof and gutter work done on our home was done on time and looks great. We did have one small issue with the replacements of some rotted wood on the eaves that was part of the contracted work, but Cape Cod Home Improvement took care of the issue very promptly. Tony and Cape Cod Home Improvement did my roof last week. They stripped off the shingles and put up new ice and water shield, underlayment, drip edge, and shingles. They completed the job in one day, much to the surprise of several of my neighbors. I selected them because they had the best ratings, the best price, and were very responsive to my questions via email and to provide a quote. I echo the comments with regard to patiently answering questions. I have had roofs done before, incorrectly, and so know in some detail what should be done. Matt, the crew chief, was patient in answering my detailed questions about how they were going to do things. He gave me all the right answers and as I observed them doing the work, they did it carefully and exactly right. Tony stopped by and was very helpful in explaining why parts of the roof may have failed early. (The roof was put on by a prior owner and the particular shingles turned out to turn brittle and disintegrate in high heat areas after 10-12 years.) We also discussed potential types of siding and Tony was very helpful in relating his experience and thoughts about the alternatives. I also echo the comments about the clean up. It was the best I have seen after any roofing job. I highly recommend them.

Right from the beginning they responded quickly to phone calls/emails, came when expected, were extremely professional including all their employees and gave us a reasonable price. Tony and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof, facia and gutters on our Cape house. He responded promptly to my initial inquiry and gave a detailed estimate for the job. He offered different options and explained each in detail. After the initial meeting we carried out most of our interaction through emails because I live off Cape. This was extremely convenient for me and there was never a problem with being able to reach him. Once the job was started, it was completed in less than a week. They provided a timely and accurate estimate ahead of the work, completed the job on schedule, and left our yard so clean of the old roof's debris that you couldn't tell anyone had been there -- apart from the spiffy-looking new roof! As the Treasurer of the association, a fair price was important to me. The work was much better than "fair". Tony's crew did an EXCELLENT job and delivered a first class product......on time and below our budget. Our Board of Managers was worried about the condition of our roofs as a prior Board made the mistake of roofing over the existing shingles. The CCHI crew evaluated the condition of the plywood sheathing as they removed the two layers of shingles. We had minimal extra costs during the job. The history of Tony's company is an American success story. During the project, we developed a trusting relationship. At the outset, he even tried to convince us that the upgraded CertainTeed shingle was not required. We respected his advice, but we spent the extra money for the Landmark Pro shingles. We are going to spread the word among the other associations within Ocean Edge. I recommend his company to all.

2024 Update 2: We ordered a modular home that needed to be sided. Tony and his team were on site getting the siding installed within days as we had scheduled. Tony and his amazing team paid attention to the detail needed to completed the whole job within a few days. Plus we had a request that they accommodated to get the job done the way we wanted. Amazing!!! 2024 Update 1: More projects this year patching and repairing someone else's shoddy work. Tony and his team were quick to respond when water started dripping on the ceiling. All fixed!! The team at Cape Cod Home Improvement have continued to provide us amazing results over the past 7 years at our multiple properties on the Cape. Recently we had some wind from an odd direction that resulted in water damage on an existing roof installed by the previous owner. Tony sent out one of his team members to assess the situation and fix the problem. I'm already sleeping better knowing that a professional came out and fixed the problem. A few years back the summer wind events did a number on some of our vinyl siding. Tony and his team were over very quickly and had the situation resolved quickly. In fact I think parts they fixed look better than they did before. I am sure they cleaned up some of the errors from the original installer as they always seem to do. CCHI is amazing and we will continue to do business with them for years to come! Previous review: They have provided beyond excellent service before, during and after the projects they have completed for me. This includes some basic roof repair three stories up on a gambrel roof and a new rubber roof. They even pointed out and repaired some issues we had not noticed. Wow, these guys were great. I arrived to the house and noticed roof shingles on the lawn. There was a gap in the roof open to the sky. I called them on a Saturday and someone was there with in a few hours! The repair was done right then. It was fantastic.

I've got some experience with roofers and this crew is the best by far! The foreman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process to us from start to finish and gave us assurances that our extensive gardens would be protected from falling debris. Our home has several gable ends and numerous tough to navigate lines all of which now look great. If you want a great roof at reasonable prices and you are worried that your gardens may get damaged these are definitely the guys for you!

Cape Cod Home Improvement did an outstanding job at my home. They replaced old siding on the back and side of our house and it went flawlessly. I was nervous because we have the electric meter and cable on the side of the house but they were able to replace all the siding in a very professional manner. In addition I had them replace our plastic gutters with aluminum and installed gutter guards as well. They showed up on time and worked continuously, sometimes with 7 people doing the siding. The gutters were done in a very efficient manner as well. It is hard to find good vendors on the Cape, who actually show up, and do quality work and these folks have it going on,

I had a nagging leak in my roof that was causing 2nd floor ceiling damage. After several unreturned calls from other "roofers" Tony and his team returned my call immediately. They were out the next day. They did an assessment and fixed the issue on the spot. Wouldn't even take payment until it rained again and there was "proof" the fix worked. Outstanding all around and would highly recommend.

Tony was extremely professional and responsive to my initial inquiry about their availability and getting a quote for the work. When he sent the quote, he also included specific information regarding his insurance and qualifications, as well as information about the various shingles and shingle colors which made the process extremely efficient. His team replaced the roof in 2 days and their work was exceptional. They also did an amazing job cleaning up all the debris. The yard was completely clean, you couldn't even tell that work had been done. I would give them my highest recommendation, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
