From start to finish, our experience with CCHI and Tony, its owner, Andre, his foreman, and the crew was nothing short of superb. Our roof was not an easy installation with many peaks and valleys. Not a problem for CCHI Tony's advice on product choices made our decisions easy resulting in an absolutely beautiful roof installed with skill and attention to detail. His crew knew exactly what was needed for a proper and by the book installation. It was also obvious how well the crew worked together, smiling, and happy certainly a testament to Tony and Andre's treatment of them. They were hard working and focused. Part of the contract was the site would be cleaned daily. A crew member was dedicated to that job. The site was clean not only every day and upon completion of the job as if they were never here! As a result of our satisfaction, it is without any reservations, we give Tony and CCHI our highest recommendation. We would add our neighbors continue to complement the beauty of the roof. Last week, Cape Cod Home Improvement replaced the roof on my neighbor's home. I chatted with my neighbor and he told me he did a lot of research into local roofing firms and felt confident that Tony Sivitski and his team were the firm best suited for the job. During the week, in which there were several days of bad weather, I watched the team work. They appeared to be very well organized and efficient. Their concern for workplace safety was obvious. I was quite impressed that whenever the weather turned bad (rain, thunder and high temperatures), the team came down from the roof. It was good to know that Tony kept the safety of his crew top of mind" . The crew was very respectful of the neighborhood and were very careful when moving their vehicles. It appeared to me that the job was well done and the property left in a neat and clean condition. During the week, I did walk over and introduced myself to Tony and asked him to look at my roof and trim. During our walkthrough he commented that my roof still had a "few good years" but we did notice a few minor areas of trim rot. I asked Tony if he could assign a member of his team, on a "not to interfere" basis with my neighbor's job, to replace the rotten trim. He agreed and told me they would deal with it in a couple of days. And he was right... the job was done quickly and correctly. I was very impressed with Tony's professionalism and that of his team. When it is my turn for a roof replacement, I will surely call Tony @ Cape Cod Home Improvement.
